Some minor issues, but overall it's great!
I purchased the DeadEyeVR - DriVR a few months ago, and generally I am very pleased with it. The only problem that I have had is related to the little rubber pads that are included so as to grip the controller better and apparently to protect its surface. They lose adhesion, and eventually fall off. I am looking for rubber of the same thickness that has adhesion on the back so that I can replace them. Otherwise, this thing is great. It really makes a difference in the article, and is natively supported by the Quest 3. I paid $10 more than the current cost, and I still think it was worth it. There is a video that is rather critical of this item, a woman who got the item through Amazon's Vine program, and she must have received when the in the very early editions. Additionally, when I looked at how she had put together she made at least two errors in its construction. I don't blame her for this, because the directions could be better. However once you figure out how to put it together properly, you have a great item that as a good bit of realism to your VR golfing!

Is it worth $100??? YES!!! Does it feel real? YES!!! Does it swing like a real golf club? YES!!!
If feels so real in VR it's exactly like a real golf club. I bought this specifically for Golf Plus and it was a breeze to set up, just go in and pick the Deadeye DriVR elite in the menu, its already preconfigured to work with the game! I was skeptical on weather or not this thing would be worth $100 so I tried a cheaper one first, a cheep $30 Amazon one, which was a joke, little more than just a handle. Next I tried the weighted Yezro 90 degree for $60 and that one was much better, but the Yezro is still pretty much just a fancy handle, sure it has weights on it, but its short and it doesn't swig like a real club. The Yezro is well made, its all metal and it has a very premium look and feel and the DriVR Elite Is also very primium, it's all carbon fiber with a real golf grip, and comes with 12 weights so you can really dial it in for your taste. The weight cap on mine is nice machined aluminum and its spring loaded so there is no jiggle once the weights are in. I put all the weights in there and it feels just right to me. The controller holder on the DriVR isn't as premium as the Yezro, but its adequate, the controller fits in there sung and secure and it holds it perfectly so there is ZERO issue with tracking for me. The most important thing is when I'm in VR it feels like I'm holding a real golf club, it looks like I'm holding a real golf club, it feels like I'm swinging a real club and it hits like a real club. You even get the TINK! with haptic feedback making it feel like you just hit a real golf ball! In VR I'm totally immersed and everything feels real and just right. I have no idea or indication that its not a real club. Speaking to the quality of "Golf +" the game, I think its pretty realistic. There is a level of skill involved. I think it's might more forgiving than real golf but you can still slice, hook and pull your shots. I got the special Deadeye Bundle pack, which includes the long Green Carbon Fiber DriVR Elite and the MasterBreaker Haptic VR Pool Cue, for $127, which is freaking AWSOME! A pretty good deal as you get the Drivr elite for $67 and $60 for the Cue. I don't think you have to be a serious golf fanatic to buy this, but if you want it to feel real, just using the controller or a cheap golf handle isn't going to cut it. There are other VR golf clubs out there that will work, just be sure you get something with some length and added weight to the end of it. I think the Yezro 26" looks like it might be a good second choice but the Deadeye DriVR Elite is definitely the best one you can get! you may be a little poorer but you will not be sorry when feel the satisfaction and awesomeness when you are in VR, you will totally be blown away how great it is!

Makes VR golf feel real.
What a game changer. It works great and fits well. Nothing loose. The extra weight makes it feel so real to swing and with the grip its amazing. Easy to put together and short length makes it great for tight spaces.Only thing is thats its right hand only. I wish it was for left hand controllers also as I am a lefty, but I can I still play . Hopefully they make it and reach out because i would buy that now.

FEELS LIKE A REAL CLUB
I play in real life, and I wanted to find something that felt like a real club, and this is it! I love the weights (washers) that you can put on the end of the club (I used them all). Make sure you select the correct golf attachment in Golf+, as most of the supported units will have you holding the wrong end of the club in the game (not ideal!). You will need to get accustomed to making selections with the controller upside down, which is the only drawback I can see. I got used to that fairly quickly, however. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

Buyer beware of what they receive.
These are great - in concept. This is the second one I've returned. The first one didn't accept all of the weights and they would get stuck. The replacement club I ordered and received had been redesigned and worked great. The replacement club also had a redeised grip that holds the Meta 3 controller redesigned from the old model that had friction tape as shown in the photo with two clubs where the tape is starting to come off in the left club and the replacement club that was sent is still the old design with the friction tape. The picture of the single club on the right shows the redesigned 3D printed grip that has small ribs printed into the grip and holds much better than the old friction tape design. What's frustrating is that the club I just received to replace the second club I'm returning where the friction tape is coming off - IS THE OLD DESIGN - not the new design replacement club I received associated with the first club I had to return. What the heck? Are you just trying to deplete your remaining stock of older, poorly designed clubs?
