Used for repairing a shed roof that was leaking. Note: The shed is by a caravan in the west of Ireland facing the Atlantic Ocean. This stuff not only repaired the leak but made it weather proof in the wilds of Ireland by the sea.

Bought after being recommended to repair some splits in my lead flashing.Did the job on a very hot, sunny day & even though I was on a ladder, it was an easy task that seems to be standing the test of time, been there for over 18mths now & has blended in with the original lead pretty well so as to be barely noticeable. One of the splits was wider than the instructions allow for too.

This product solved a problem I was having with an exterior post-box. It secured a wooden lid to a brick wall and although there has been some very bad weather since I applied it, not a drop of rain water has been able to penetrate

I used this to repair a damaged caravan roof that was letting in water. I opted for the 300mm width so as not to need too many overlaps - but I still overlapped a number of lengths without problems. I didn't need to use the primer - this seems to be mostly for porous, dusty surfaces such as brickwork. The flashing adhered well to the roof, and was easy to cut and apply. It's kept out the rain so far, time will tell how long it lasts for. The manufacture claims 15 years.

The included primer helped the flashband stick well, allowing me to patch some torn roof felt. Pressing the flashband against the felt while running a hairdryer over it gave it good adhesion. Overall I'm very pleased with the product.

I picked a really hot day to use this. It was so sticky that I couldn't peel off the backing film. So ended up being a waste of money.I tried a Wickes banded one just afterwards, and that peeled apart without a problem.
