I've used it for about 5 years on my hereditary under eye circles (thank you, Genetics!), on my eyelids & on a few spider veins around my nose. Cargo One Base is what I would call medium coverage so if you want it to cover like a tattoo, I don't think this will do it but it can be layered. For daily wear I like a more natural, "me only better look". I definitely do not want that thick, pasty, Geisha, made-up look & the One Base does that for me while providing a reasonable level of coverage. Dermablend concealer was too thick & pasty for me. The One Base 2.0 color is perfect for my medium fair, neutral toned skin. It is neither too pink, nor is it too yellow so it is what I think of as neutral toned. In the past, when I shopped concealers, they were either way too yellow or too pink for my skin. When I put One Base on, the color almost melts & easily blends right into my skin color which is important as I do not wear foundation. It isn't too oily or drying for my combination skin and doesn't crease on me. It does leave a bit of sheen so after it sets/drys, I brush on a very little skin toned face powder, just enough to knock down the sheen.
