Fresh Nutrition Milk Thistle Capsules (10,000mg)

I've been using this brand of milk thistle for months with tremendous success.But with my last shipment I noticed that now the pills are not only larger in size, but also much lighter in color.This usually indicates a change in formula that almost always means a decrease in potency and effectiveness.I'll give the new pills a try, and update the review.

I wanted to take this for a while before leaving my review. Within the first three days I noticed several things... I had more energy and my skin began to brighten and clear up. I don't have acne, but I do suffer from seborrhea, so I definitely noticed a huge difference. I also noticed more trips to the bathroom. Side note, I was kinda cranky for the first 3 days of taking this, but I read that anger is stored in the liver, so maybe there is some truth to that, but my mood has stabilized and I feel really good. I will be ordering my next bottle soon! If you are on the fence about ordering this product, do hesitate, order it ASAP!!!

I've been taking Milk Thistle since 2007 to help control liver disease (Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis and HepatoPulmonary Syndrome) and all I can say is that today my liver function tests are basically normal. Milk Thistle is an actual prescription drug in the EU that is often used on people who forage for wild mushrooms and accidentaly eat an extremely toxic Death's Cap mushroom.I'm so pleased to see a really high potency Milk Thistle on the market.

Fantastic vegan source of milk thistle which I take periodically for liver health, especially on weekends when I enjoy a few alcoholic drinks. More is not always better however, one capsule of these is more than enough for me. The recommended dose on the packaging of two capsules(10,000mg) causes me horrific indigestion which may be worsened by the fact that I no longer have a gallbladder and milk thistle is known to increase bile flow. If taken in moderation this is a fantastic brand and formulation!

I’ve been wanting to try milk thistle for some time, and I’m so glad I finally did! I’m at the end of my fourth pregnancy, and milk thistle has been highly recommended to increase milk supply and boost mood to fend off postpartum depression, so I was eager to try it. I just wish I’d known this with my previous pregnancies! I was very surprised at the high quality for the price. I will definitely be ordering more when this bottle is gone, and plan to use it during breastfeeding and even beyond to help with liver function.**I received this product at no cost in exchange for my honest review.

Upon researching this herb I was a little concerned that at this strength I may have stomach issues due to my IBS. However, I am happy to report that I have had no problems there. I have been taking this product for about three weeks now & no side effects. I did experience a little more energy, so don't take it close to bed time.I currently have a nasty cold & I'm wondering if I'm experiencing a detox reaction, in which case the product is working, or it's just a regular cold. I'll keep taking it & see how it pans out. So, hard to give an accurate report on it's effectiveness right now, but seems to be a quality product. Thumbs up for being vegan & gentle on my stomach.

Excellent product. These milk thistle capsules are amazing in detoxification of liver! I actually had more energy as a side note . One thing that was major was the amount of compliments I received on my skin. I went to a family event and everyone kept complimenting me on how clear my skin looked ! Bonus !!!

Great quality for the price. This pure herbal supplement is vegan, and of the highest quality. I have many allergies and have to be super careful with herbal supplements, because they can make me break out in hives. I did not react to the Milk Thistle. Taking milk thistle helps support liver health. Since menopause, I've not been able to drink any alcohol without milk thistle on board. It keeps the nausea away, and this product worked famously for the annual Halloween party. No hives, no animal products, just clean herb. Thank You!
