**Q: what type of salt is in it?**
A: I believe it is just generic salt.  It's pretty delicious butter.

**Q: is this one big block or 4 butter sticks?**
A: It's one giant block. The diameter is so large that it only takes a thin slice to get a tablespoon, so the tablespoon marks are too laid too tightly together to cut accurately.
If you care about accurate cuts, then get the sticks; the sticks have generously spaced tablespoon marks.

**Q: Is This Organic?**
A: I’m not sure if it’s organic. The container it comes in and says it’s all natural and it’s a product of Ireland.

**Q: Where is the sell by date?**
A: Irish butter last for eternity 😄probably on the foil.

Is there anything better than Irish Butter? I think not. This butter is SO good. It is so creamy and spreads so easily. Price is right and delivery was a breeze. The butter came with a few other perishable items, which were delivered in an insulated bag with a couple of frozen water bottles since we live in a warm climate.
