Made from BPA-free, non-toxic materials, these versatile packs are perfect for everyday useβ€”from school lunches to outdoor adventures. TSA-approved and durable, they offer a reliable, eco-friendly cooling solution trusted by thousands. ## Description Lay packs flat in the freezer for at least 4–6 hours (8+ for maximum cold retention). Slide 2–4 packs around food or drinks. For hot days, layer extra packs for longer cold retention. Enjoy fresh, chilled food and drinks for 6–8+ hours β€” then rinse, refreeze, and repeat. Will they fit in tight spaces like a bento box? Yes. Each pack measures 7" x 4.7" x 0.5" β€” slim enough to slide into bento boxes, breastmilk cooler bags, and crowded freezer drawers without taking up extra room. Are they safe for food and kids? Yes β€” made from 100% BPA-free, non-toxic materials that are safe for direct contact with food, drinks, and lunch containers. Can I bring them through airport security? Yes β€” when fully frozen (solid), Healthy Packers ice packs meet TSA guidelines for carry-on travel. How long do these stay cold? Frozen solid, they typically keep contents cold for 6–8 hours in an insulated lunch box or cooler β€” longer when paired with extra packs or ice on hot days. How long do these ice packs actually last? Years, not seasons. The hard-shell BPA-free casing is leak-proof and crack-resistant, so packs hold up to daily freeze-and-thaw cycles β€” many customers report 5–7 years of regular use with no leaks or cracking. Just rinse, refreeze, and reuse. ## Features - SLIM LIGHTWEIGHT AND LONG LASTING - Set of 4 slim, reusable, and versatile hard gel ice packs for cooler. Each ice pack measures 7 x 4.7 x 0.5 inches. They are a great size for lunch boxes and cooler bags, and I especially like the slim design because they don’t take up a lot of room. You can easily fit them around food containers and drinks without losing too much space inside the bag.The set comes with four reusable ice packs, which is very convenient. I can keep a couple in use while the others are in the freezer, or use several at once when I need to keep a larger cooler cold. They freeze well and do a good job of keeping food and drinks cool for several hours. They also feel sturdy and well made. I like that I can simply put them back in the freezer after using them instead of dealing with loose ice, melted water, or disposable ice packs.Overall, these are simple, practical, and easy to use. They work great for packed lunches, work, school, road trips, picnics, or a small cooler. Definitely a useful set to have around the house, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for reusable ice packs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for long work days! *by on Reviewed in the United States August 28, 2026* I bought these ice packs for my lunchbox because I work long shifts in the heat and need to keep my drinks and food cold throughout the day. These have worked perfectly for that! Even after a long work day, my food and drinks are still nice and cold, and my leftovers are still cold when I bring them home.I also really like how slim these ice packs are. They’re easy to squeeze into my lunchbox and move around to fit wherever I have space. They fit into just about any little spot without taking up a bunch of room. These have been exactly what I needed for keeping my lunch cold for hours. Definitely a must-have if you work long shifts, especially outdoors or in the heat! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keeps food cold all day *by on Reviewed in the United States August 9, 2026* These Healthy Packers ice packs are easily the best gel packs I’ve used for daily lunch bags and cooler totes! The slim, compact design means they take up virtually no space, leaving plenty of room for food containers, drinks, and snacks.Even though they are thin, they pack serious freezing power. I pop two into my lunch box in the morning, and my drinks, dairy, and food stay ice-cold until late afternoon. They freeze flat overnight, fit easily into crowded freezer drawers, and the durable plastic casing prevents any leaking or condensation messes. Perfect for school, work, or day trips! ## Frequently Bought Together - Healthy Packers Ice Packs for Lunch Boxes & Coolers - Freezer Packs - Original Cool Pack | Cooler Accessories for Beach, Camping & Fishing | Slim & Long-Lasting Reusable Ice Pack for Cooler - Arctic Zone Titan Deep Freeze Cooler - Zipperless Hardbody Cooler - Small & Large Capacity- Beach & Camping Cooler - Deep Freeze Insulation, HardBody Liner, and SmartShelf - Cool Coolers by Fit + Fresh, Reusable & Long-Lasting Slim Ice Packs, Cold Packs for Lunch Boxes, Ice Packs for Lunch Bags --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/69030982-healthy-packers-ice-packs-for-lunch-boxes-and-coolers-freezer](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/69030982-healthy-packers-ice-packs-for-lunch-boxes-and-coolers-freezer) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
