The product is prepared, processed and packaged in modern sanitary conditions and in accordance with good manufacturing practices. INGREDIENTS: Carrot, Onion, Potatoes, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Sweet Potatoes and Salsa STORAGE / VALIE: Product should be stored under normal food storage conditions at low temperatures of 50℉-70℉(10℉-20℃) with relative humidity of 70%. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat. Shelf life: 5 years.

I enjoy using this brand of dehydrated veggies, especially for soups and stews. Fresh vegetables are wonderful but they spoil quickly for me and that’s expensive. The big bag size is just right for my canister. They’re a lovely mix of different types of vegetables and herbs that work well for any savory dish. It’s definitely worth the money to me to have dehydrated veggies on hand for any dish, any time.
