Only lasted a few months before the bag ripped along the back zipper and the top handle ripped off too. It was a gift for a work supplies bag. The first bag arrived and I had an issue with the threading coming loose and one of the tightening straps coming off. With that said the bag was still usable so my son continued to use it out of necessity and he really did like the versatility of the bag. I contacted the company about my concerns and they were great. The response was fast and they sent me a replacement bag after I sent pictures of the areas of the bag that were damaged. Shipping of the bag took a couples weeks, but the new bag is holding up just fine. I would buy this book bag again because of their quick response to correct the issue.
