Good product and worth money
Received old and defect item.1. Can't able to connect to any devices (Tried with iPhone 5s, 6s and moto G4)2. Plastic impression on ear cushion indicates either courier mistakes or old product. (Refer image)3. Battery was fully dead, normally for a new item it will be 30 to 60%.I will edit my review and rating once i get a genuine headphone and hassle free replacement process.Update: Changing from 1 star to 4 star as i am using this headphone for more than 2.5 yrs now and it is working good. Apt for walking and not good for long hours usages, you will get ear pain.

review after 2 days use.
A good quality headphone. Build seems nice. Buttons are slightly hard to press but it is good so that they dont get press unknowingly. Seems durable. Comfort is on good side. The only conn I feel is that there is no Aux jack so you cannot plug and ply if you want to. Overall a good budged BT headphone with incredible battery life.

Satisfied product
Great value for money....good sound quality for daily use. I am not a sound expert and hence satisfied with the product. I use daily for up to 2 hours duing jogging and excersises. Good sweat resistant too. Pairs with the mobile quickly and never had breakup issues. I Almost forget to charge even once in a week but still runs fine.

I Recommend
Update: I used it with a lot of tender loving care but it came apart like a flimsy Chinese toy after 10 months of usage.Nice pair of headphones these are. Comfortable, acceptable performance and good looking.I tried couple of other popular headphones in the same price range and found these to be better sounding of the lot. My need was a sports headphones that can be used while I go for a run. Serves the purpose well. Calling capability is an added benefit. Expecting the audio quality to be of audiophile grade would be a misplaced expectation though. I recommend these only for casual music listening and would suggest to look for something else (expensive) for your critical listening sessions. I would assume that for an audiophile grade Bluetooth headphone, you will have to cross the 10k barrier. Take your pick.

Value for money, however the sound quality is not really good, if you listen to music at high volume, your ear may start paining

Good Headset.
Good headset. Easy to use and connect... Call voice quality is also a great... Only issue is that it has to be handled very carefully.

Unbeatable headphones for the price
These are great little headphones. I've never owned bluetooth headphones before, but I was looking for some behind the neck style, wireless headphones for my workplace and decided to give these a chance, since they were so inexpensive.First off, they work with many devices, including my LG phone, Window 7 PCs, Windows 10 PCs and several Ubuntu Linux powered PCs (I use blueberry with the Cinnamon desktop). Sound quality is quite good, much better than I was expecting. To use these as a stereo headphone device on a computer, you have to change some settings, as they seem to default to being a headset with microphone and low audio quality.Battery life is incredible. I usually use these at least two hours a day, and only charge them once a week!Comfort is subjective, as I've never had a pair of behind the neck headphones not feel at least a bit uncomfortable on me. I have a rather large head and the only place they sometimes bother me, is the upper part of the ear when the clips fit over. I've used wired, behind the neck headphones for years and these feel about the same as those do. Behind the neck style headphones are great for people like me with big heads and bulky hair!I'm also impressed with the range of these headphones, when they are paired with my desktop computer. I can be working at a bench in the adjacent lab and still clearly listen to the audio streaming from my computer. It is quite convenient to walk around the office and lab with my headphones still working.I have never tried the microphone on these headphones, so I can't tell you how well that works yet. They fold up nicely, fitting in the included carry case, and the micro-USB jack is perfect since I have charging cables all around.About the only irritation, is that the buttons are a bit hard to press and make a loud mechanical click when you press them and they are on your head. But, I rarely push the buttons, so all is well. You have to hold the power button down a long time to turn them on/off, but I am okay with that.

Big Tommy the Carpenter says thumbs up
Another comment from Big Tommy the Carpenter.Well folks I have purchased 2) SB221, both colors. These have nice sounds, bluetooth setup and connect is very easy.I have worn these for two days of work so far for most of the day, take them off for lunch. This comes with a nice carry case and short micro USB cord, no charge adapter, need a USB port to plug into to charge the unit.Tommy says if you are looking for a nice headset to listen to music for a low cost, like myself this was it.I'll have more feedback after a few weeks of use or just request another comment from me.

they were pretty darn cheap when I purchased them
Have had no problems with these yet and I use them fairly often, they were pretty darn cheap when I purchased them, they hold a charge pretty well. I haven't used them quite enough yet to see if they suffer from some of the problems I've run into on previous SB220 (but they seem to have a better design) and similar design BT headsets though. Namely that they stop charging, or have problems turning on or with the lights/buttons getting jammed, etc.

If you have a large head, then be prepared to modify these
I know I have a larger than usual head and most headphones don't fit very well but my previous SoundBot headphones worked pretty well, so I went with this item, its replacement. These are a pretty awful step backward.I had no problem connecting, the sound was fine for audiobooks, nothing technical was wrong with it. It was the ergonomics. The hardened strap that connects the two speakers was digging into my skull just behind my ears. It is maddening and uncomfortable. I'm still not completely clear as to why they can't make "on-ear" headphones with a clip and just use a wire like they do with "in-ear" headphones. This is just a terrible design for me. I'm done with SB unless they make something a bit more universal.UPDATE (2017 May 11): I've been talking with SoundBot, who admitted they didn't have anything that would fit me. They really tried to make it right though and I outright applaud them for making the effort. They were very pleasant the whole time.I eventually took things into my own hands and modified this product to a better fit for me. I removed the two small philips head screws in the back band and cut out a small section to remove the hard back neckband at the folding joint. Now they're basically "clip-on bluetooth headphones" which, as far as I can tell, no one manufactures even though that's a great style of headphone for long term listening, especially if you have an oversized melon. The downside to this method is that the remaining parts of the hard plastic bands don't actually flex or roll like actual clip-on headphones and they're a bit too stiff but they are working great for me. I think I can still remove some more of the bands nearer to the drivers to reduce the weight a bit more and make them a little easier to take on and off.Original headphones: 2 out of 5 starsModified headphones: 4 out of 5 starsTotal: 3 out of 5Customer service: 5 out of 5Final total: 3.5 out of 5I can't in good conscience round these headphones up to 4 out of 5 stars because they aren't nearly that good for me and I had to do some work to get them to fit well. And no matter how good customer service is, that doesn't excuse a lack of product research or simply assuming that one size fits all. Of course, that's an industry-wide capitalist pitfall in virtually every product category. With fewer product sizes to manufacture, profits can be slightly higher. But the further an individual is from "average" sized, the worse the product works. I'm talking headphones, airplane seating, "pole-type" tools (rakes, brooms, shovels), shoes, and a litany of other products. That doesn't excuse SoundBot from following that trend and I'm not forgiving them for it, but I understand why they don't make a second, larger version of a product.

These fit great, sound great
I previously ordered SB220 but they were pron to cutting out at the drop of a hat. I ended up ordering SB221 and returning the others. These fit great, sound great, and do not have the same flakeyness issues. I haven't had them long but am happy so far. I'll update my review if that changes.
