Q: Is a size 10 true to fit?

I typically wear a 9.5 but I ordered the 10 due to past experience! If your are a true 10 you might want to go to a 10.5. Hope this helps.

Q: How is work on hard wood floor , Will it slide ?

The boots are not slippery so I would say they won’t slide

Q: Ate the boots slip resistance?

my husband said yes, they are slip resistant, he is wearing them right now. Just not oil resistant.

Q: do they have a steel tip?

If you mean steel toe, not on the pair that I have. I am sure if you look closer into the offerings, you may find a pair very similar with a steel toe.
