Deik Blender: Model TB23YM...grinder blades disentergrated :(
This personal size blender is only 4" wide & 14" height with the larger size sports bottleattached.Initial impressions:I like the fact that there are 2 20 oz. blender/sports bottles, each with it's own screw on cap.The opening to drink from is about 3/4" and is comfortable to sip a drink from without spilling. The cap that covers the opening snaps closed easily and seems to be very secure, plus there isalso a loop to help you grip the sports bottle. My hands are small, so it was important for meto be able to hold the bottle easily. The anti-slip sleeves fit the bottles securely and seem to be permanently attached. They are 2"in height and really do help with holding the bottles and keeping your hands from getting toocold. One thing I would prefer, if an extra inch was added in future models, to keep your handsfrom getting cold. The base of the sports bottle is 2.5" and fits perfectly into the cupholder in my car. There is also an extra small bottle for grinding coffee beans, nuts, seeds, etc. I have tried grindingcoffee beans, flax seeds, almonds & egg shells(for the compost). Everything ground up very fine with nobig chunks using the special grinding blade attachment. I only did small amts. of each item...probably no morethan 1/4 c. at a time. The blender is easy to use, just fill the sports bottle, leaving an 1" space at the top(I used the top of theanti-slip sleeves as a guide. My favorite recipe is 1 sliced, frozen banana, some cubed frozen mango chunks,a couple of frozen orange juice cubes, 2 T. of yogurt, some milk or other cold liquid, a couple of choppedswiss chard leaves (you could use any other greens that you have) and some stevia to sweeten. For extra nutrition, add some ground flax seeds and ground nuts(grind them first in the grinder attachment. The blender bottle is secured by locking into the base. Instructions say not to run for more than 1 min.(Push the big button to start). It is quieter than other blenders that I have used.I didn't find that it needed more than a minute to blend everything up very smoothly with no big chunks or grit from any of the ingredients. In my old Oster blender, it often left larger pieces of food. With this one, even though it only has half the wattage, it seems to do a much better job.Cleanup is easy & quick too. I just hope that this will last a few years, as I am sure that I will use itdaily. Registering the product is not so easy. Unlike most instructions, which take you to a form to fill, this one just takes you to the site. It never did show how to register, so I just sent an email with my info. Really hopethat I won't need to use the warranty once the 30 day Amazon warranty expires!March 2021 update:Everything has worked well until now, when I was grating some cheese that was cut into .5 " cubes and the blade attachment for the grinder started breaking apart. I must admit that I have used this attachment almost every other day...just love freshly grated cheese! I don't know if you can buy the attachment separate as the other items in my set still work great...but it could be that they will break soon, too. Guess, I will see if I can substitute the blender blades in the meantime.

Purees just about anything!
I needed to mix kale, nuts and flax seed into my smoothies and didn't want to pay alot of $$. I love this one, does everything I needed and more. Only one thing if you don't have the bottom piece on extremely tight it leaks..

Powerful. Convenient. Smoothies. Yum!
This is a great little personal blender. I love the blend and go design of the container with the slip free grip and the seal tight drink and go lid. It’s just the right size for the cup holder in my vehicle and my small hands. And a big bonus that the set came with two blend and go containers and lids. The blender itself is powerful enough to handle the frozen fruit I use in my smoothies every morning. I have had this personal blender for about 2 months now and have primarily used it for smoothies. It was the sole purpose in my purchase; but as a third bonus, it came with a smaller blender container to grind coffee or chop nuts. I have not tried this feature yet but believe it is powerful enough to get the job done when I do.I would definitely buy this product again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for and powerful, inexpensive personal blender.

Better design
This blender has a great design, you placed the blender cup into the base and it locks the turning mechanism in before the motor is turned on. This saves it from tearing up the teeth on the bottom of the blender and the base. This blender has outperformed my nutri bullet and magic bullet. Good quality for the money.

Great look. Compact design.
It's a pretty compact design. Works well for blending fresh fruits and veggies. Only problem I have had is to break down larger chunks I need to shake it up and down to get the stuff floating on top to reach the blade... All in all its a great purchase for the price. I would recommend to friends.

Affordable price and good value
Is simple, cheap and great! You can't use it for more than 15 mins at a streach because it heats up and also shuts down by itself for cooling. It does its job. I use it everyday for coffee, smoothies, batters, flours and also sauces?!

Design is nice, but quality not
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I love the design and felt heavy good quality material... but I'm so disappointed. I used it for first to blend something and smoke started coming out. Smelt like burning wires or plastic. I can't even send item back because I live in Africa and shipping will cost me double what i paid for item.
