Take the voltage of the battery you want to charge (3.7V, for example) and multiply it by its capacity (2.8Ah, for example) - take this product and divide by the VA figure, and you should get the number of hours it will take to charge (assuming 100% light and no charging losses). Recommended *by D***R on November 28, 2020* I got two sets of the AOSHIKE 5V 30mA solar panels 53mmx30mm (10 pieces) for a elementary school classroom STEM project. All 20 of the panels I received were functional, and without unbroken solder connections at the leads. As is common for solar panels, the voltage is dependent on light intensity. You can use these in series, or in parallel, but it would be a good idea to put a diode in, to restrict backflow. A maximum of 30mA isn't a lot, so be reasonable in your expectations for this.
