at the beginning, I wasn't that happy as the surface is very rough. but as the size is what I was looking for, so I gave it a go. after over a year's almost daily use, the surface is smoothed and now very happy with this little pan. just take good care of it as it is a cast iron pan. I believe it would last forever.

I bought this pan to assist in searing meat in preparation for slow cooking. I use it on an induction hob and its good thermal mass and low sticky properties have ensured that it meets my requirements perfectly. It is well made and takes up only limited storage space.

Opened it, washed as instructed, on close inspection- rust appears. :( This can’t be right.I haven’t even used it or seated it yet.Poor quality!!
