It works fine as a cam, but recording, forget it. I won't pay for "cloud storage" and was told to use a SD class 10 card. So I buy one, format it, insert it and guess what?? It won't record even though the setting is on "motion". I have an Amazon Cloud cam that records 20 sec clips to my phone. If I had known this new one wouldn't record like advertised, I would have just bought another Amazon cam. I feel like I wasted my money. I won't buy another one of these.UPDATE: After getting no satisfaction from the company, and continued issues, this is now in the trash.

This is impossible to connect. Other devices are simple to connect, but not this one. I tried hot connection manual and wired connection. Nothing works. No customer service number to call.

Great price not waterproof. But had it outside 8 days in huge rain storms and still works!!!

The camera lags behind real time. It also does not rotate for me.

Didn’t work

If someone knocks and stands there a minute, I’ve got good camera feed. I’ve even been able to watch the front door live then turn to the front of the garage camera to watch the rest of the movement of someone walking away or getting in their car. Anyhoo, buy this system. It’s a great investment.

Pretty easy & quick set up. Streaming looks good. Discrete size. Purchased two more.
