They can be reused, but only for 4 - 5 times, before they wont stay on. **Q: Will these fit dewalt cordless sander dcw210nxj?** A: Yes it will fit all 125 mm bases **Q: will these fit the Bauer ERO400?** A: These should work as the diameter is the same. I am assuming that the Bauer ERO400 (or is it Erbauer ERO400?) has a hook velcro pad for attaching the discs. The holes in this type allows for fitting to orbital Sanders like my Einhel 18volt model, which has air suction holes in the base for dust pickup.
