I hardly use them, maybe a couple time a year to view wildlife. Well the focus nob recently started spinning freely meaning it wont focus, thought hey np these have a lifetime warranty. I submitted a warranty request via their website and I received a prompt reply saying to expect a return label. Well that's all i ever heard. I replied back twice asking for an update and nothing. I have also submitted another request via their website and completely ghosted. What good is a warranty if they wont respond to you. Very disappointed, I have no problem paying more for quality customer service, apparently that is not the case with this company. ### ⭐ Good luck *by T***G on October 20, 2024* I had no problem with the original product however the focus ring broke. The sent a return label and binoculars were returned in MAY. They will not respond to and emails and still have my binoculars. I've never had an optic that was so easy to locate the field of view and was amazed (still am) at how clear and bright the image is.
