I only used a tablespoon for two servings, and the sirloin and ribeye (chopped) came out so juicy but not greasy! The texture is smooth, like Ghee but after opening, it goes in the fridge! Odorless! Once my truffle seasoning comes in, I will add an update on recipes! I did use a teaspoon to sauté red Argentine shrimp! I was able to develop a crust on the shrimp (just Old Bay and Tallow) and they came out plump, and delicious! I know there are many uses for it, but I’ve only had it for five days - but I’m looking forward to developing layered flavors with it! I’m developing a recipe for stuffed crescent rolls, with crab filling. Totally worth the investment!
