With Viagra and Calais not doing the job I need to stay hard, the doc said I had 2 choices, the shot or the pump (without surgery which he did not recommend). I looked at several brands and the male cheap pumps and decided to roll the dice with the SOMAerect STF. I got to admit, I didn't try it right away because it looked to complicated to use and had to admit I need extra help.The included company DVD was very good at explaining everything, it just seemed a bit scary. When I had some quiet time alone (which I highly recommend doing), I got up the nerve to try it. They give you like 15 different tension bands and suggest trying several to find the tension band that works best for you. The manual pump system is very well made as is the whole kit. Very good medical grade quality.After a bit of trial, effort and practice, it really can be done in about 1-2 minutes. The key to making this all work is finding the right tension ring, not too loose and not too tight (but just right). Bottom line is that it works as promised. Be careful though not to pump too much because you can cause damage to your thing by over pumping (speaking from experience). Extra or replacement tension bands are available from the company. They run about $10-12 each for the strong bands which should last for many, many times usage. The breakaway bands are touted as one time use and cost about $2 each.Using the right tension band, your erection can last 30 minutes or so. It is not recommended to use longer than that for blood flow safety. I would recommend it to any guy needing help in keeping it stiff and hard and keep the love making alive when the blue or tan pill doesn't cut it anymore for you (I still use them with this though).

When I received the product from Amazon, I found that the cylinders sent with the device were too small - narrow. I called the manufacturer and was told two things: one, buying the product through Amazon voided the manufacturer's warranty, which would have corrected the problem with no additional cost to me; two, my only solution was to buy a new cylinder and comfort ring from them, but it could not be warranted because we did not buy the product from them. So, I had few options: I either had to try and get my money back from Amazon or make yet another unwarranted purchase. I checked to see if I could get my money back from Amazon first and learned that I could not get a full refund because the product had been opened. In fact it was not clear what I could get back according to the information I received from Amazon. So in the end, I took the risk of spending yet more money in hopes that the product would be usable. After spending another $150, I had a product that worked reasonably well, but would never be warranted. Bottomline, always go to the manufacturer's website (or call them) prior to buying any product from a reseller like Amazon. This product should never be purchased through a reseller Amazon.

For ED this unit might be OK. But for Peyronie's Disease I think the traction unit would be better. The pump doesn't seem to provide the right stretch to the penis to reduce the plaque.

I’ve had the plastic handle break off of 2 now. They need to make it stronger.Works well though.

The pump broke after a month of use the plastic is cheap and cracks easily. Don't buy. Shop around. A waste of money.

Super fast delivery despite mechanical problems . Been waiting for something like this for 7 years . Awesome ! Awesome !Awesome ! What's not to love about it .

Every works the way they say it does. I was quoted another similar system bit it did not perform like this one.
