I put in another insole to keep my feet comfortable. I've never seen wide toed shoes like this before. The wide toed style makes me happy. **Q: Would these shoes be suitable for lifting?** A: I'd get a flat sole shoe with more side support for stability when lifting,Wrestling or other Cross-Trainning .The shoes would be a better choice **Q: Are these barefoot shoes sole hard enough to trail run? I’m looking for a cheap vibram sole alternative.** A: If you can already run in the very minimalist shoes like Vibrams or Merrill vapors you can run in these. I haven't given them a huge workout but so far they've held up. **Q: In my regular running shoes I buy 11 which is a half size larger than my casual shoes. What size should I get in these?** A: I bought size 10, same as my foot size. Some shoes I need to buy 10.5. But for this I kept the same size(10) and fits perfect. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Shoes *by on Reviewed in the United States 20 June 2024* I have "Swimmers Feet" as well as lower back pain. I wanted to give these shoes a try and see how they fit and to hopefully strengthen my feet, legs and lower back. I havent worn them long enough to comment on the strengthening of my feet, legs abd lower back yet but the shoes fit really well, not tight at all and the bottom of the shoes are just thick enough to walk on decent size rocks and it doesn't hurt my feet at all. Very flexible, good grip also.. They are very light weight and so far I love them. True to size (For me) I wear an 8 and so the 8 I bought in these are perfect. I love the velcro and they slide on and off easily. 1 thing I hate (with all shoes it seems) I wear these without socks and the shoe pad slides out when I take them off so I have to readjust them before I put the shoes back on. BUT.. that's a tiny inconvenience when compared to the positives to the shoes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Súper cómodo. Para la talla mejor medirse. *by on Reviewed in Mexico 5 August 2025* Súper cómodos, como un guante. Men's Barefoot Shoes|Minimalist Cross-Trainer|Zero Drop Sole|Wide Toe Box - BRACOO WS10 Wrist Support Brace, Hand Support, Adjustable Wrist Wrap Strap for Fitness, Weightlifting, Tendonitis, Carpal Tunnel Arthritis, Joint Pain Relief - Fits Right & Left Hand --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/701869482-grand-attack-mens-barefoot-shoes-minimalist-cross-trainer-zero-drop](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/701869482-grand-attack-mens-barefoot-shoes-minimalist-cross-trainer-zero-drop) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
