Gelatin comes from animal sources, glycerin is from plants if it's natural, and this one is. It says "vegetable glycerin" on the package. **Q: What are the ingredients? Are they vegetarian?** A: yes, I think they are vegetarian. Someone else listed the main ingredients.....not good for diabetics though. **Q: I don't understand the consistency of these. are you supposed to suck them? or chew them? they are like swedish fish, very soft and chewy, not hard** A: I use these as a vocalist and full time teacher to soothe and smooth out my horse voice. "A pastille is a type of sweet or medicinal pill made of a thick liquid that has been solidified and is meant to be consumed by light chewing and allowing it to dissolve in the mouth." Hope this helps! **Q: What are the ingredients?** A: I am afraid I do not know. Next time when I buy one I can look but I wonder if it is in English? ## Frequently Bought Together - GRETHER'S Pastilles Classic Blackcurrant Natural Remedy Dry Mouth Relief - Soothing Throat & Healthy Voice - Long-Lasting Flavor, Gift for Singers - Gluten-Free - 4-Pack, 3.75 oz Per Box - GRETHER'S Sugarfree Blueberry Pastilles Remedy for Dry Mouth Relief - Soothing Throat & Healthy Voice - Gift for Singers - 1-Pack - 3.75 oz. - GRETHER'S Sugarfree Pastilles Blackcurrant, Elderflower & Redcurrant - Gift for Singers - Natural Remedy for Dry Mouth Relief - 2.1 oz (Pack of 3) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/70224690-grethers-blackcurrant-pastilles-dry-mouth-products-2-1-oz](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/70224690-grethers-blackcurrant-pastilles-dry-mouth-products-2-1-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
