Exactly what I needed, it fit perfectly and all of the cables were just the right length. Of course, I was using it in a Dell T3400, so that should have been obvious, but I previously bought the "same thing" from another vendor and it didn't fit at all! So these folks get my vote for honesty in advertising! :)
