Review: Works really well - I tried a few different options to get Apple Car Play in my 01 Mercedes. This unit works great! Set up in seconds, and looks exactly like the car play system in my other car (2023). Music plays through the car radio via the FM station. I found that if I tune the radio to 87.7 and the unit to 87.6, it eliminates any static. Now, the volume level isn’t as loud as the radio, but it’s perfect for me. It helps that the car is super quiet, so I have no issues. But if you’re expecting to crank it and bang your head to death metal, it ain’t gonna happen. I attached it to the dash with Command Strips. That way the dash won’t get damaged when I have to remove it. The unit is small enough that it doesn’t block my view. All around a great way to get Apple car play in an older car.

I tried a few different options to get Apple Car Play in my 01 Mercedes. This unit works great! Set up in seconds, and looks exactly like the car play system in my other car (2023). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Navigation Works Great

I have an older car (2007) without a navigation screen. This unit connects to Android Auto and works great. You can also get phone calls, texts, and play music through it. The day/night option does not work properly. It always starts on day, and if you want night, you have to go into settings and change it. It comes with a backup camera, but installing it was beyond me. One shop quoted me 3 hours at $210/ an hour. Another shop quoted $300. So I don't use the backup camera.
