Soap and water with a sponge.I would recommend this cookware to anyone. And, to top it off, it’s a handsome set. They’re so pretty, and I followed the low‑heat instructions because I wanted to take good care of them. Unfortunately, the pans only lasted a few uses before turning brown inside and out, and even small stains wouldn’t wash off.The most surprising part is that the coating cracked while I was breaking up ground hamburger for tacos—using the spatulas that came with the set. It now looks like we used a fork on the pan, but we absolutely did not. I could actually see the coating splitting as I stirred.I’m now worried about both the coating and whatever is underneath, so I no longer feel safe using them.
