(included)" is incorrect. I have confirmed via the specifications on the Philips website that it only includes an older, less powerful NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) battery. Unfortunately, this still hasn't been corrected as of today. Therefore, I'm writing this review to warn anyone specifically wanting a shaver with a Li-Ion battery to avoid this one. Which is really a shame because I otherwise love the concept of this shaver and its various other attachments. They provide a lot of extra capability. But, the problem is that the shaver is just too underpowered. If it had actually included a Lithium Ion battery (which can provide more voltage) the motor could have turned faster than it does.. which would make a lot of difference. I don't even have thick facial hair and this shaver bogs down trying to cut the slightly thicker moustache area hair that most men have compared to the rest of their face. I even asked someone else's opinion of this shaver and the comment afterwards was that it's so underpowered that it seems more like a toy! Lastly, be aware this shaver is NON-returnable to Amazon - notice where it says in the upper right of the page just under the price "This item can't be returned". And Philips' money back shaver guarantee is handled in such a drawn out, tedious and frustrating manner that it's seriously not worth the time and aggravation. I'd recommend either going with a different brand or at the very least picking one of the many other shavers which can be returned. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 would buy again *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 15, 2017* I usually Bic my head and always seem to get cut doing it do matter how slow I go or what razor I use be it cartridge or safety razor. And if anyone else shaves their head they know if you wait too long between shaves the hair is too long and you need to use clippers before you can use a razor... huge hassle and time consuming. I digress....I've been looking for a razor/clipper combo for awhile and haven't found a solution till now. This combo of clipper/razor/body hair trimmer is awesome. I used the "beard trimmer" attachment to bring the hair down to zero and then used the razor portion to bring it to the skin less than 30mins later I'm baby bottom smooth with no nicks or cuts. And the handle fits comfortably in the hand (as pictured)If you're bald like me give it a shot. FYI I used cremo sandalwood shaving cream and the rotor heads lathered it while I was shaving.
