Review: Pricey but worth it… - I eat a lot of tinned fish as part of a keto diet: sardines, salmon, mackerel, rainbow trout, among a few exotic others. This is a very important part of the diet for me; each fish has slightly different benefits and freshwater rainbow trout is one of the best, nutritionally. Fishwife is pricey and in some cases it seems like I’m paying for packaging more than for product but these are fantastic. I have found other companies that have a tinned trout but in soy or seed oil, etc. These are worth it, in my opinion. I only eat a few a month so the price isn’t too big a deal. Great taste, size and the oil is high quality (always important with tinned fish!)
