## Description

desertcart.com: Raw Generation 3-Day Protein Juice and Smoothie Cleanse, 18-Bottle Pack | Plant-based lean muscle support, workout nutrition, 38g daily protein, steady energy, cravings support & easy reset routine

Review: Delicious, Filling, Balanced - I tried these as an alternative to the hassle, noise and cleaning of juicing and blending machines, and I'm glad I did! I also wanted to try to kick-start my new diet by getting back to real and raw foods first. The flavors of each juice and smoothie are really balanced, there's no one overwhelming taste or excessive sweetness. They leave you feeling full/content because there's no processed junk or additives thrown in, it's just real ingredients that your body can absorb and use and recognize, the way real food should be. My box arrived quickly, frozen and well insulated so I was able to thaw and drink what I wanted later that day while freezing the rest until I was ready to use them. These were really helpful in weaning me off of the extra salty and overly sweet heavily processed vegan convenience foods without leaving me feeling hungry or undernourished. It makes it easy to get off of the processed foods and reset your palate for real foods again. They are also a good nutrition drink for anyone with a compromised immune system that needs an easy and convenient way to get healthy juice at home but may not have the time or ability to make their own. You get 6 juices/smoothies per day which doesn't seem like it would be that filling, but as other reviewers have stated, it's often more than enough even on very active days, that you will have extras or the ability to extend your cleanse. I followed the recommended order of consumption and found it to fit my needs/tastes very well. The Cashew vanilla is a calming and easy way to start the day while still giving some sweetness and satisfaction so that you aren't thinking about food or your next meal all morning. Beets are a natural energy booster and the Sweet Roots can replace that energy drink before or after a workout and makes for a really refreshing drink on a hot day. The Citrus carrot is really good, too, not too carrot-y tasting or bland and has the perfect amount of citrus sweetness. The Cacao and Peanut butter are enjoyable, delicious snacks/treats that won't spike your energy or blood sugar. I like the Sweet Greens, I like the balance of fruits and veggies so that the collards and spinnach don't give off a bitter taste or aftertaste, but because my normal diet outside of the cleanse already includes TONS of greens, it feels a little like overkill on the greens for me. The only downside is that desertcart doesn't offer the variety pack that lets you "Build Your Own Box" where you can choose your own drinks so you can try a wider variety of juices or simply omit juices/smoothies that you aren't a big fan of.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How many calories a day in total?**
A: 1301 :)

**Q: Where are the nutrition labels for these? I can't find them here or on the site, as the backs of the bottles are actually for the Physique Cleanse.**
A: There are labels for most of the juices on the Raw Generation website. It took some digging for me to find them, too. I still have a bottle of each, and they are on each bottle.

**Q: Why are the labels in the ad different from ones on the bottle of product?**
A: Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. Lisa here, Raw Generation's company nutritionist. When I first joined the RG team last year, I noticed that the nutrition facts on our labels didn't seem to accurately represent the robust nutritional profiles that I expected these juices to have. After digging deeper, I found some discrepancies within our recipe database software that needed to be addressed. I went through and audited every single bottle label and found that our juices are vastly more nutritious than we previously realized. The correct nutritional calculations also resulted in higher natural sugar, carbohydrate, and protein levels, and in some cases, higher calorie counts. This is nothing to be concerned with - in fact it should be celebrated. As I always tell my clients, calories and natural sugars from fresh fruits and vegetables are exactly what our bodies are designed to thrive on.

The recipes are exactly the same as what our customers have always had and enjoyed with great results. We are currently in the process of changing over all of our labelings, but with so many of our products being housed in nationwide distribution centers, it will take a little time for it all to catch up. For your reference, all nutritional facts on our website are precise to the bottle recipes you have in hand.

I hope this helps, but if you have any further concerns or questions, you can feel free to contact me directly at LisaTesta@rawgeneration.com

**Q: Can I use coffee creamer?**
A: No. Dairy or sugar is not recommended during the cleanse

Expensive, but a good product!!!!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as advertised
*by B***Y on February 14, 2026*

Most of them were very delicious, the peanut butter one made me want to vomit but the rest were great and really helped control cravings. Be careful with all the sugars from the fruit in there, but overall it is a great reset. A little pricey but worth every penny if you follow its instructions. Protein content could be a little higher but they are filling and not a bad consistency. The protein drinks are thick but the juices are exactly that, juice. I would take them out of the freezer for more than 24 hours before drinking because they will be very icy if not. Overall I highly recommend these.
