This computer is sold as new but HP demand a payment for a new warranty
I liked the size and appearance of the machine. At first turning it on it started very quickly and took me through the start up procedures which were very simple to follow. Unfortunately the problems then started. I uploaded some photos and received a message that the memory was full. This was despite the fact that it is sold having 2Terabytes of memory. HP were unavailable and the diagnostic programme could not solve the problem. I am not blaming them as they will have been hit by the lockdown. I am still not certain what is going on but I have got it working by deleting the Microsoft cloud. Now I am being told that the warranty has expired and that I need to pay to extend it. I was not told that it was a second hand product. I am overall disappointed and will avoid using amazon again.

Elegant machine!
So loved the look, bought it and then read some negative reviews about it and within one day was having problems with it and wanted to return it but I let it settle and now it all works very well and fast and you can't beat the look so I shall be keeping it! The manufacturers were really helpful and offered a return and I was going to but l let those negative reviews get in my head but then remembered that I always need to decide for myself and see myself and so personally I can thoroughly recommend this machine!

Prone to failure
Very disappointed with this PC. It stopped working within days of delivery, and had to be replaced. Then, later on (still under the warranty period), the hard-drive packed it. I won’t be buying an HP desktop again.

It’s was good as a table stand I could put my Xbox on it very good stand totally worth the price you can also play snake (that game demands a lot!) so good it could even run minecraft and Microsoft edge insane but out of everything it’s best used as a arm rest
