Bosch SMZ5300 dishwasher glass holder for VarioFlexPlus or VarioFlex basket system

My new dishwasher is so arranged that long-stem glasses don't fit in at all, due to an extra cutlery tray in the top. There's no room to lay them on the middle shelf and they are too tall for the bottom shelf. Not well thought out Bosch! So this is their solution, I guess, and I was hopeful that it would work as I don't believe in washing up when I have a dishwasher. Well, it does work, it slants the glasses so they fit perfectly in the bottom shelf. However it takes up quite a bit of room for just four glasses, and I have to lay the spokes down to get it in so can't put plates etc in that section. I'm also a bit worried about the long-term effect of moving the spokes around too much as they always seem rather flimsy and ready to fall off (also not what I'd expect from a Bosch (or any other) dishwasher, but it does happen a lot. Unless you want to splash out and buy extra wine glass holders, it's not much use for a party either as it only holds four glasses, but it's okay for everyday use. It is also a bit risky though, as you have to 'unlock' the arms to put the glasses in, and at that point they are liable to fall out, so carefully does it. The top of the glass holder pushes down and 'locks' the glasses in place and, as long as you remember to pick it up by the arm and not by the top, they are then quite secure. But it's intuitive to pick it up by the top, as that is the nearest, and then it unlocks and the glasses are wobbling about again. Once you've got the knack it's okay I guess, but maybe a much better solution is to buy no-stem wine glasses which fit perfectly in the dishwasher? Or check out the drawbacks of the dishwasher before buying it!

Vorbereitung der Spülmaschine:- die Stachel des unteren Korbes sind nach unten geklappt- der Oberkorb ist in die obere Pos. hochgezogen.Die Gläserhalter:- Es passen 4 Halter (für je 4 Gläser) = 16 langstielige Gläser in die Spülmaschine .- unser höchstes Glas ist 275mm (Schott Zwiesel Diva Bordeaux) . Da ist noch Luft für Höhe und Breite.- die Gläser werden im 45 Grad Glaswaschgang 45 min gewaschen (keine fiesen Tabs!, Pulver und Klarspülmittel)

Accessorio molto comodo, rispetta la descrizione. Robusto, resistente, veramente utile!

Al fin y después de probar numerosos artilugios para lavar copas de vino en el lavavajillas, he encontrado uno en el que las copas quedan bien sujetas, con el grado de inclinación perfecto y con unos resultados más que aceptables. RECOMENDABLE.

Die Gläser sind in dem Korb recht gut untergebracht, vor allem wenn es sich um hochwertige und langstilige Rotweingläse handelt. Sie kommen sauber raus und sind besser gegen eine unsanft Behandlung durch ruppige Kinderbedienung der Spülmaschine geschützt als bei normalem Einlegen in der oberen Schublade, wo ein lange Stil schonmal raushängen kann und dann gerne beim Zuschieben der Schublade abbricht.Insofern lohnt sich dieses Teil auf jeden Fall für Menschen, die öfter mal Rotweingläser zu spülen haben. Auch wenn die Fläche, die dadurch verbraucht wird, schon recht hoch ist.
