I was skeptical about buying this without trying it first, but after reading other reviews I decided to buy it and I'm so glad I did. It's not only a sturdy well constructed chair, it's very comfortable. I highly recommend this chair!

I bought this chair in 2018, it lasted two years and just quit working. Pulaski offers NO trouble shooting help. they refer you to selling dealer. No help there. They also do not maintain repair center information and tell you that you must find one on your own. I have never had a product with such crappy service. I would recommend this chair only to people I have a strong dislike for, otherwise I would never tell anyone to buy it. When it worked I loved it, and I know things can break down, that's not the issue as I am willing to pay to have chair repaired, it's the TOTAL lack of customer support. This is not a cheap item to buy, so I think I'm right to expect a minimum level of customer service. I've gotten better service support from the local discount store.

Bought this for my mom who is having a hard time getting up. She is plus size (450 pounds) and fits it this chair well and really likes it. It significantly helps her get in and out. The massager is not that great, a bit weak, but that’s not a problem since we didn’t buy it for the massager. It is very comfortable to sit in.

I'm a big guy with a number of mobility issues. This is my 5th 'power chair', and by far, the best one I've ever had. Wide, comfy, and reclines all the way to flat. And something both unusual and thoughtful: there's a USB charging port on the end of the control...****Rev 1****The hand controller died at just under a year. Manufacturer said it was a discontinued model, and they had no parts for the warranty.They sent what they THOUGHT would work. IT got too hot to hold, and then the chair would no longer go up.They offered to replace it, and did, but the replacement chair is a bit on the small side. Recommend against further purchases from this vendor. Only reason they got **two** stars was the replacement, even if not to the standards of the original purchase.

Product useless when the remote breaks. Can't even get a new remote because the model discontinued. I will never buy another piece of furniture online again.

Buyer beware. I really loved this chair very comfy and worked well for 5months then it stopped working would not go up or down. Beware of buying such large items from Amazon because the only way I can get my money back is to ship it back to them. Very expensive. They will refund me 30% of the cost of the chair. I like Amazon but will not get such a large item again. So far no answers from the chair company

The chair is very nice looking, and doesn't take up a lot of room. I bought it thinking ahead as we are in our 60's. My husband is a big man, and the chair is very sturdy.

The chair was purchased for my elderly mother and delivered in good time. It has only been in use for a couple of weeks however she reports it is working well.

Father’s Day 20-06-2021 this items is very uncomfortable the seat is very hard my husband or I cannot sit in this chair for then 15 minutes at the time. It sit to upright and square position although it has nice features sitting to enjoy is impossible must return
