Do they have an engineers stamp?** A: The plans are not large blue print size plans. They are on good quality paper that is appox. 18x24. There is no stamp but they are very well detailed and every county that Ive built this cabin in(3 thus far) has approved the plans with no changes needed. **Q: Could I purchase a full basement design? Block or poured concrete?** A: Thank you for your inquiry! We do not have a full basement option with the 24x24 cabin. **Q: Does the plan include vapor barrier for floor and walls?** A: No it does not. It does include insulation on material list though. I put insulation under floors and a plastic sheeting. **Q: are blue prints stamped and sealed for permit in florida** A: Each state requires a permit to be pulled with the state/county and you would submit the plans with the permit application. They would only be stamped by the architect (but that’s not necessary), before they get stamped for approval in your state and/or county. ## Frequently Bought Together - 24x24 Cabin w/Covered Porch Plans Package, Blueprints, Material List - Big Book of Small Home Plans, 2nd Edition: Over 360 Home Plans Under 1200 Square Feet (Creative Homeowner) Cabins, Cottages, Tiny Houses, and How to Maximize Your Space with Organizing and Decorating --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/71908823-24x24-cabin-w-covered-porch-plans-package-blueprints-material-list](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/71908823-24x24-cabin-w-covered-porch-plans-package-blueprints-material-list) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
