These USA-grown Black Sea Gladiolus bulbs (10 pcs, 12-14cm) produce towering 36-50" flower spikes in 75-90 days. Thriving in full or partial sun, they offer a stunning black bloom perfect for cutting gardens. Hardy in USDA zones 8-11, bulbs can overwinter outdoors or be stored indoors in cooler climates, ensuring yearly spectacular displays.

## Description

Prized for large bouquets, stately gladioli offer an enormous color range, including the most delicate pastels, bold hues and almost unimaginable bicolors. Their sword-like foliage and tall, impressive flower spikes make striking accents in the mixed flower border. For best garden effect, plant in groups of six or more of a single color, or grow dozens of them in a bed reserved for cutting. Gladiolus will grow in any good garden soil but do need full sun and good drainage. Space planting times at two week intervals from ealy spring to late June to ensure a continuation of mid and late summer blooms. Height 36-50" tall. Bulb size 10-12 cm in circumference. Gladioli will winter over in the garden in zones 8-11; elsewhere dig them up in the fall, store indoors for the winter, and replant in the spring.
