These are my favorite over the counter arch supports. I have high arches so it is difficult to find a support that actually makes a difference. I don't bother to use the adhesive so I can move them from shoe to shoe, but if you do that you must be aware that they will move in the shoe when you aren't wearing them. So you have to push them back to the heel before putting your shoe on. Also, if you have a habit of tapping your toe behind you while standing, these will break you of that because they'll move.They don't last forever either, the material is soft and cushiony and will break down over time. But they are not too expensive and are totally worth it. I buy a pair once or twice a year.On a side note, my Great Dane likes to find my shoes and remove the arch supports for some reason. Crazy beast. <3

Helps give my daughter more arch support in her shoes.Shoes are made so flat we buy these for every pair of shoes. Then she has no pain in her feet.

These inserts are perfect for me - providing nicely cushioned support for my heel and arch. They fit great in all of my closed shoes, and I can't do without them!

I liked these, even though they ended up not working out for me. I have really high arches and have been running a lot getting shin splits. Typically a pair of good arch supports will do the trick but I just needed to get a little more fancy with it. Good buy for every day wear though!

I have relied on these wonderful little arch supports for years. They are difficult to find locally anymore, so I was thrilled amazon carries them. They are called arch supports and while they DO support the arch of your foot, they also do a wonderful job cushioning the heel. I can be on my feel all day with these and not get achy, tired legs or feet. Love.

WARNING - This is only ONE pair of supports. Based on the description (and the price) I thought it was going to arrive with TWO pairs of supports. I was sadly disappointed when only one arrived.
