You should stick to an ice cream scoop **Q: Do these have the manufacturer reference cfe-01-fr20 stamped on the pieces?** A: No I got 2 boxes they have the cfe fr20 not 01 as described **Q: I've had problems with knives pitting from being washed in the dishwasher, is that a problem with thus set?** A: I don't use nor like dishwashers, so haven't had that problem with my set. **Q: What grade of steel are these? If not 18/10, What then?** A: Does not state the grade of steel but they are heavy and very sturdy. I have had mine for over a year now and they still look brand new even with steady washing in the dish washer. I love the weight and size of these utensils, but husband gets irritated with the weight because he drops them a lot. You can not go wrong on this set ❤️ ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High end and durable *by K***S on February 3, 2026* These rooster silverware pieces are the perfect match for my chicken-themed kitchen!
