Spa Luxe 2 in 1 Facial Steamer and Magnifying Lamp Combo (300B & 1001T)

When the steamer arrived, the lense on the magnifier was broken. This was quickly remedied. Soon after, though, the power button flew off the steamer while it was in use. I was nowhere near it- I think the pressure from the steam caused it. I managed to reattach it, but them the inside of where the button went melted causing the steamer to quit working entirely. The water jar that came with the steamer also shattered- again mid treatment when I was nowhere near it. I assume it wasn't glass that was meant to be used at high temperatures. This steamer is BRAND NEW.

DO NOT get this steamer it literally blew up with glass shattering everywhere while I was doing a facial. I had 2nd degree burns from my wrist up my arm. Thankfully my client was not hurt. I contacted company and they sent me a new water tank. I was heating steamer up thankfully was not in room and it HAPPENED again. I walked back into room with glass everywhere . I contacted company by email twice and called with no response . I felt like I was buying a good steamer as it was not cheap. Very disappointed!!!!!

I read the reviews about the mag lite and steamer. It seemed like a great buy. The arm that the steamer is attached to broke within a few month. I order a new steamer (without the base) and had a "rush" put on the order. I tried returning the broken steamer in that box. I couldn't get the damn thing to fit in the box! The replacement steamer didn't work properly. Such a low amount of steam. I sent that one back, to. Frustrating and disappointing.

Didnt last very long..a little over a year. Average use was maybe 7 times in a week...stopped working

I love the steamer, hoverer the manufacture sent the wrong power cord and the rep did not "next day" the correct power cord. So we had to put off services for 3 days.

I love this combo, it is exactly what I needed for my treatment room. It was easy to assemble. It is the best steamer I have ever used, and when the water is low, it automatically shuts off/won't work so that you don't ruin the machine. I also love the fact that the timer does not "ding". It is silent. I highly recommend this product.

Great product! We own a salon and use these in our esthetics rooms. Steamer works great, provides a nice stream of steam without burning the client, and the mag light works well and doesn't bother the client's eyes while in use. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a combo unit, especially if your space is limited!!

I been using this stramer every day in my spa, works great !! , good quality , fast shiping , and excelent costumer service . i tried diferent streamer before ..but this one is the best , and the magnifing lamp very useful and works great .
