I also liked the fact that they contain a good proportion of protein which is healthy. The protein came from the peanuts and almonds and again this is healthy. I was a bit confused by the percentages stated on the back of the box which were as follows:- Mixed nuts 55% Peanuts 36% Peanut butter 4% Caramel flavoured coating 14% This adds up to 109%! I was a bit put off by the long list of ingredients which included emulsifier and some other ingredients I was unsure of. I prefer to eat all natural ingredients if possible. I normally choose Nakd bars which contain only natural ingredients such as fruit, nuts and seeds.
