Strathmore Vision Series Sketch Pad, 9x12 inch, 110 Sheets – Artist Sketchbook for Drawing, Illustration, Art Class Students

I was shopping for a multipurpose mixed media notebook. This one is perfect. Pages are sturdy and thick. I tried water painting and the paint doesn’t seep through the paper.

I really enjoy the value of Strathmore products. The pages don’t bleed and are a bit stiffer than regular sketchbook paper. The only criticism I have of this mixed media book is that the texture of the paper can come off if you use too much water when water coloring.

Good paper to practice on. Not premium but quality is above average. Solid covers that will protect my drawings. Strathmore is a reliable and predictable paper company and this is showing to match the products I have purchased in the past from them. Bonus for me is they are a USA manufacturer and company.

This is only good for a young beginner artist. The paper is excellent for those who just like to practice drawing. Not for more advanced artists I will say that

Pros: Very thick durable paper, looks very nice when you're done painting. Easy to remove page without causing damage to the book itself or page.Cons: does not work well with paper tape, hard to lift color from page.

My son and granddaughter go through these like crazy! They love to draw using this tablet!

I bought this just to test out the paper since I wanted to see if I should purchase a bigger version. I’ve used up almost the whole pad. Very nice quality. It’s great for beginners and traveling. Used it on a trip and it was easy to carry around since it didn’t take up much space.

This is awesome for beginners and is good with dry mediums but if you are like me and use hard pencils to sketch please buy something else! It doesn't like wet mediums like marker at all, and Ohuhu sketchbooks that works so much better with Copics or other markers! This is more of a pencil and light watercolor sketchbook not a true mixed media like Grumbacher.

Muy buen papel, absorbe y permite trabajar en húmedo con bastante calidad. Por el precio, no pidan que se compete como uno prensado manual que cuesta miles, pero para iniciar o llevarlo a un nivel más tranquilo me parece excelente. Aunque la hoja es pequeña, me funciona bien para prácticas y composiciones. Solo indicaría ser muy, muy cuidadosos al separar las hojas del bosque para evitar daños a la orilla. Estoy encantada

Si es útil y resiste el agua hasta cierta cantidad.

excelente el grosor y textura, no más que con la humedad de la acuarela se deforma un poco, pero para dibujo es una chulada
