Review: Sand gets stuck and won’t flow - I had high hopes for this sand timer, but unfortunately they never came to fruition. We were planning to use this in our wet/dry sauna. After mounting it, we flipped it over and waited, expecting the sand to flow from top to bottom, but that never happened. The sand stayed in place in the top vial. I attempted to tap it and still nothing. I did verify it worked prior to placing it in the sauna and it did initially. I will say the white sand is very difficult to see so it’s not readily evident it’s working. I’m not sure if it’s the heat or the humidity that causes it to not work. Either way it’s a total waste of money and does not work at all.

I had high hopes for this sand timer, but unfortunately they never came to fruition. We were planning to use this in our wet/dry sauna. After mounting it, we flipped it over and waited, expecting the sand to flow from top to bottom, but that never happened. The sand stayed in place in the top vial.
