A: No. You don't need any adhesives at all. Flo-coat simply give you a fresh coat of concrete on the old surface. Just to make sure the surface you are working on is totally cleaned.

**Q: is this for outdoor use**
A: Absolutely does a great job

**Q: is this stampable?**
A: You have to work somewhat quickly once it's mixed so stamping it would depend on how big your project is.

**Q: Can you do a Second layer after drying**
A: Yes but being thin, you’ll want to add a bonding additive to the second and subsequent layers.
