Q: I have a long crease from the corner of my mouth almost down to my chin-I am not sure if I need the lip lifts, or the corner patches-which one?

You want the corner patches, which are sized for this. The 'Gentle Lifts' are much smaller, oval patches, meant for small areas - specifically around the lips.

Q: How long does it last?

There are a couple of answers here. I notice that the lines between my brows ('elevens') are not as pronounced after a year of frownies. How long it lasts from when I remove them in the morning is a few hours and I treat the area with a product that includes argireline, matrixyl 3000 and hyaluronic acid which helps to 'freeze' the area -- like an affordable and natural botox treatment. Q: Is there anything in these to help with wrinkles long term or they're just supposed to like "iron out" your wrinkles for a short period of time?

Yes, they help for a short amount a time. However, I think they will help the wrinkles from getting worse.

Q: Can these be used above eyelids?

Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend them they didn't stay on.
