**Q: Can i use both wireless and wired usb connection? in case my wifi fails, can i print with usb wired connection?**
A: This printer has the USB port for wired connection but in our case, we needed it to function as a wireless network printer.

**Q: Can I use the printer without the rollo app?**
A: Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. 
Yes, you can use the Rollo printer without using the app. But you would need the app to set it up 
to have it connected to your wifi, second, you would also need the app to change settings on your Rollo Printer Ex. Paper Sizes, Darkness, speed, etc. But in regards to printing, after set up, you can use the Rollo printer right away without going through the app.

**Q: Can I use my phones wireless hotspot to make this work??**
