Cheap and low quality musical instrument company.My baritone came with a broken value. I tried contacting the company for a replacement multiple times with no response. The "lifetime" warrantee is a joke. Since there is no way of contacting them, what good is a warrantee? How can I return the instrument? So its sound isn’t as rich as I would prefer, but, for the money, it’s a great practice horn. It tends to play sharp, and the mouthpiece is oddly placed.
