Great gift. My 4 year old daughter loves it.

This is a different style of bike/scooter from what you are used to but I think its definitely worth giving it a chance. The kick scooter/ bike is made of high-quality materials and the tires provide excellent traction. It has a sturdy frame and shock absorbers that make the ride smooth. The convenience of having pedals with or without training wheels makes this bike a great option for kids learning to ride. It adapts to their progress. This is hours of constructive fun for young children. It helps them learn to balance and then how to ride a bike and skate on a scooter.I was impressed with how easy this bike was to assemble. It even came with all the tools needed to put it together quickly and efficiently. My nephew's mom and I put this bike together in about 20 minutes!I give this kick scooter/bike five stars and a high recommendation if you are looking for a gift for a young child!

The Kriddo Scooter / Balance hot pink combo bike had me at "magical unicorn bell and "retro chic tassels". I'm sold. ha. This was a gift for the cutest little 3 year old girl ever -- and she scoots around with a big smile, screaming and singing.The balance bike aspect gets her ready for her first bike with training wheels.. and the scooter aspect gets her ready for next-birthday's 3-wheeled ,micro kickboard style scooter. It was easy enough to put together and is of moderate quality -- so it should last a year or two of childhood meyhem if kept indoors. The fender brake is a bit wonky but works ok. I wouldn't have the kids going down any hills with that brake however. Better to teach them how to tumble and roll. Ha.Kriddo makes many kids bikes, scooters and inspires some confidence. Overall it's a good value at the under $50 price-point and is a better present than glitter putty dolls or talking purple monkeys... You are teaching them the fundamentals of balance for the rest of their lives.

This review is a long time coming. My kids have played with this the entire summer, so about 5 months. So far it has held up really well. My 6 year old is a little big for it and per the pictures, you can see my average 10 year old is way too big for it. It really is a toddler bike. Nonetheless, my 6 year old really abuses it and its still going. I like that I can take the seat off and use it as a scooter. For the 40 something bucks, its a winner and any parent looking for something to start teaching balance, this is a great cheaper option.

The parts sizes were 2 different sizes. We had to send it back and have been waiting for the refund.

This is a pretty fun little scooter. It was easy to put together...took just a few minutes and it was ready to go! It rides smoothly and easy to operate. My 4 y/o loves it.

It is quite nice!

This is a nice looking balance bike/scooter. It's just the right size and the seat is at just the right height for toddlers. I'm trying to teach my son how to ride a bike (or just balance on it) and this seemed like a good option. I like that it can switch between being a bike with a seat to a scooter with no seat with just a quick change. The bike feels well made and pretty tough.It was not difficult at all to put together.
