This is perfect, easy to set up and use. I noticed I was also falling back to sleep faster instead of staying awake in case he got back up. The volume and alerts are changeable and has a flashing light. Definitely worth the money if someone in your home wanders at night or sleep walks. Would work well, for a business also. Gives you peace of mind and has good range. Iā€™m glad I tried this first before I spent $ on a sensor mat I was looking into. Review: Works Perfectly, Great Value - I bought this unit for use as a motion activated doorbell for my store as the one we had was way too quiet to be effective. The unit was easy to install and works perfectly; it's a great value at under $30. The chime unit can be free standing or mounted. The motion sensor can be mounted with mounting tape or screws (included) upside down sideways and has an adjustable bracket. I recommend using screws instead of the mounting tape included as the mounting tape is the standard two sided white foam type that will eventually dry up after a few years and sensor may fall. If you don't want to use screws, I would recommend you buy some 3M auto molding tape which seems to last forever and is very hard to remove. The sensor and transmitter range is fantastic and I had no trouble in my store with it (supposedly it has the range of up to just over the length of 3 football fields). I initially just put batteries in the chime and motion sensor after unboxing and installed them. The default setting is a motion activated door chime that is a loud ding dong ding dong. I did not realize that the unit had a host of other tones, features, voice you can program using the 4 buttons on the unit. I found the programming to be a bit tricky and for my use, the other features are overkill since I just needed it as a motion activated door chime. After messing with it, I found out that it has 4 volume settings. The default setting is set at the LOUDEST setting which is great for some uses. For my roughly 10,000 SQ FT store, the second volume setting is adequate if you do not have any background music playing. ## Features - Easy Wire-Free Installation: Motion sensor detects movement and sends a signal to the receiver. Pre-paired system allows you to place the motion sensor detector in the room of elderly individuals with Alzheimer's or sleepwalking tendencies and position the receiver in your room for convenient monitoring - Selectable Ringtones with Visual and Audio Alerts: Fully customizable for day and night use. Features 4 adjustable volume levels (25dB113dB) and a Silent/Light-Only mode (LED flash) to avoid startling sleeping patients. Choose from 36 melodies for home care or 5 loud Welcome songs for retail stores and business entrances - 918FT Long-Range Freedom for Caregivers: With a transmission range of up to 918ft, you can cook in the kitchen, watch TV in the living room, or rest in another room while staying connected. The portable receiver alerts you immediately when motion is detected. Detection range of the infrared sensor approximately 13-26ft to keep you informed and safe - Early Fall Prevention for Seniors: Provides vital seconds to help your loved ones before they fall. Unlike traditional bed pressure pads that trigger false alarms when patients roll over, this wireless motion sensor can be placed on the floor to accurately detect when feet touch the ground for monitoring elderly individuals with dementia or sleepwalking habits without disturbing their sleep - Dual Power Supply Options: The receiver can be powered by standard 3x AAA batteries for portable use or a USB-C cable. Features 4 stages adjustable volume (Loud/High/Middle/Low) ranging from 113-25dB with light mode options - Versatile 918FT Long-Range Protection: Suitable for camping security, mailbox alerts, basement door monitoring, and tracking pets. With a 918ft transmission range, the sensor instantly alerts you to intruders or when mail arrives. Infrared sensor detection range approximately 13-26ft to keep you informed and safe ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B077VV8ZJ1 | | Audible Noise | 113 db | | Battery Description | Alkaline | | Best Sellers Rank | #57,768 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #56 in Door Bells Chimes | | Brand | HENDUN | | Color | 1 Receiver & 1 Transmitters | | Compatible Devices | Motion Detector | | Control Method | Remote | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 1,480 Reviews | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 3.94"L x 1.97"W x 2.76"H | | Item Highlight | Door Chime for Business, Entry Alert Store Welcome Buzzer Monitor , Fall Detection Alarm for Seniors , Caregiver Reminder | | Item Weight | 7.04 ounces | | Manufacturer | Changzhou Hengdun Electronic Technology Co Ltd | | Maximum Range | 25.92 feet | | Mfr Part Number | 43239-217649 | | Model Number | 43239-217649 | | Mounting Type | Wall Mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Power Source | Battery Powered | | Product Dimensions | 3.94"L x 1.97"W x 2.76"H | | Sensor Technology | Motion Sensor | | UPC | 664248632944 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** HENDUN - **Color:** 1 Receiver & 1 Transmitters - **Compatible Devices:** Motion Detector - **Power Source:** Battery Powered - **Product Dimensions:** 3.94"L x 1.97"W x 2.76"H ## Images ![HENDUN Motion Sensor Doorbell for Business, Bed Alarm for Elderly Dementia - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51zLfQyHVVL.jpg) ![HENDUN Motion Sensor Doorbell for Business, Bed Alarm for Elderly Dementia - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61J-Fh9HwkL.jpg) ![HENDUN Motion Sensor Doorbell for Business, Bed Alarm for Elderly Dementia - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61a0-k3Sj0L.jpg) ![HENDUN Motion Sensor Doorbell for Business, Bed Alarm for Elderly Dementia - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/611M24n8t4L.jpg) ![HENDUN Motion Sensor Doorbell for Business, Bed Alarm for Elderly Dementia - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61KIqPxhe9L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: how do you sinc two receivers to one sensor?** A: long press the volume key for 3 seconds, enter into learning mode, release the volume key, program starts.
