I have worn them all day and I am loving it. The pouch is perfectly sized (I’m a D) and a medium waist. The support is incredible and the freedom that they offer is amazing. Not really commando but close to. With gym shorts the access is super easy, whether it’s through the leg or over the waist. Simply release the hold behind your balls and everything is exposed. Then a quick pull of them behind the balls and you are on your way. Great design!I want to update my review after I have worn them on and off for a couple of weeks. After a couple of days I started to feel a sharp pain in my testicle. I wasn’t sure what it was from, but I stopped wearing these for a while and the pain went away. After wearing them again for a couple of more days the pain returned. I am convinced that it is due to the pressure placed on the taint all day. I have worn a medium size with a D pouch.
