The Christina Maser Story The tale is too long to tell, so here's the short version! It all started somewhere around 1990 when a friend of Gretchen's (aka, Christina) taught her to make jam! Thinking back to that first batch of strawberry jam... Wow! Who knew?! So, jam making indirectly led to gardening, which somehow led to soap making, which inevitably led to candle making! It wasn't really that quick or simple, but however many years later, here they are with three different, yet clearly related product lines. What You Need To Know About What They Make Basically, they keep it basic. They keep it real. Clean. Simple. Natural. They could keep going but you get the point. Whether they're crafting a candle or making the soap for your morning shower, they choose their ingredients carefully, and for lots of different reasons. They care about the impact their products have, not only on you, but in your home. They care about what can and can't be reused, and what ends up in the trash. The Ingredients They Use They use natural and some organic ingredients. Only food grade oils, salts, grains, and herbs, natural clays, Shea butter, pure essential oils, and the list goes on. Suggested Use: For best results, burn 4 hours at a time and away from flammable materials. To prevent smoking and soot buildup, keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/4".
