It was time to dump the non reusable AA's in my hit hard controllers (I have 4) and go rechargeable. I've been happy with the 1 official Microsoft play and charge kit but needing to cover 4 controllers it was going to REALLY add up as these were not cheap. So something cheaper but certainly premium.I have 8 of these batteries now, and am incredibly happy with the pro performance. I didn't need the extra long storage of the standard batteries. As long as they hold for a few weeks it'll be fine. And the controllers rumble packs needed a high drain capable battery. The Eneloop Pro's fit this bill perfectly.I now have 8 of these batteries and the charger works great. Charging Red/Amber/Green lights control and turn off the charging automatically. A nice fire and forget charger that means not having to set timers to take off the batteries.Finally performance. I've had these now through 3 cycles each in both Xbox One and Xbox Series X controller and they really last. Compared to standard AA's or the Charge and play pack, they seem to go forever. The Play and charge kit is 1,400mAh, whereas 2 of these provide 5,000mAH! Without going into too much boring stuff, that's about 2 Iphone batteries worth of energy.All in all a superb option. I'll update this review after a few dozen cycles to confirm, but so far a great investment.

The 2500mAh Batteries charge within 2hrs.Batteries also charge higher than with my old charger so am happy about that.The charger works great with batteries I bought within the last 6 years.But my old ones, near 20yrs old that do work fine still, this charger gives a flashing red error and refuses to charge them.Luckily I still have the old charger for those.(I only have 20yr old batteries, and 6yrs old or newer (all NiMH) so cant say at what age/battery state it might refuse charging)Its possible this charger detects it would be dangerous to charge my really old cells to the higher state and correctly prevents a dangerous problem. Batteries can be dangerous when pushed too far.I'm happy with its function.

Great design. Very elegant and good looking. The LED indicators transform fluently between colours when lit - not like shown on pictures. Charges batteries fast. They say 4 hours for four 2500 mAh batteries but I think it is even faster. The information range that it gives through its colour LEDs is all I need - I would not trade its great looks and compact size for any sophisticated diagnostics. It is also good quality and pleasant to touch.

Easy to use.I Like the led indicator for each cell. And that charging one cell at a time is possible (my other charger snd most I've seen need 2 batteries to charge)Also its feedback per cell ,green ( charged) , to red and flashing red for (erroneous/ non chargeable) battery is a lot easier to see than othersSo far so good.

I wasn’t a fan of the energiser charger or batteries as they didn’t last long so i through I would find an alternative, that’s when I found Panasonic rechargeables and I can play my game for ages on a full charge and they are quick to charge and feel like they are good quality. I use it for my Xbox controller and now I wouldn’t choose any other brand I love these

Not had it long but seems to be a great charger easy to use

I bought these to run an XBox Series X controller based on a recommendation. They weren't fully charged on arrival, and took a fair bit of charging to reach full capacity. However, once they were charged fully, they have been really good. The first pair lasted 23 days with an average of probaby 2-3 hours use per day to the point that the low battery warning was displayed. This is definitely in line with what I expected.
