On the label it states that the suggested serving is ½ teaspoon. **Q: How long should you do this detox for?** A: As far as how long to detox: this is really individual to the persons level of health. For a general detox doing a 7 -10 day detox at least 4 times a year is considered a general preventative health goal. However, if someone has more compromised health, they might need to be detoxing actively for 6 months to a year. A general rule for ZeoBind is use 2 months on and then two months off.
