I’ve often felt like I’m somewhat of a fraud for knowing so much about Meditation, but not being able to put it into practice for myself. Enter… The Limina! It gives me enough input with the lights and the pulsing, moving and changing tones and frequencies to keep focused and present enough to get though a 25- 35 minute session without much bother.
