Good cheap rope
Good jump rope, easy to adjust to your needed size. You can also pull some of the rope through the handle and adjust it and store it in there instead of cutting it, so you can make it bigger and smaller as needed.

Overall Good
I have been using this jump rope for about a year now (1-2 times a week for up to an hour at most). I skip underneath a pavilion that has a concrete floor. The jump rope seems to still be in great shape and I don't see it breaking any time soon. In contrast, I've had speed ropes break in about 6 months of use.The handles are a little short, but I was able to get used to them. This rope is also heavier than a speed rope, so I'd say it's nice for beginners. The biggest problem I have with this rope is that it tangles up easily. This makes side swings a little bit more difficult, but not too hard. I can still do crossovers, double-unders, and other tricks just fine with this rope.

Five Stars
nice and bouncy rope. good handles. You definitely have to adjust the rope if you're 5'9" and below.

Jump Rope, Adjustable
This jump rope is pretty decent for what it cost. The rope itself is almost 10' long out of the box and made with a vinyl covering over woven nylon material. I'm over 6' and had to shorten it well over a foot, but it's very easy to do. The handles are about 5" long, which is a little shorter than on some of the other jump ropes out there, but they are still comfortable to use and give good grip. They are made from hollow plastic tubes with foam outer grips and rotating metal bearings where the rope enters as well as removable end plugs to access the ropes push-on nylon connectors to shorten it if needed. The jump rope is working well for me and seems to be holding up okay, so I think it was worth what I paid for it here on Amazon.

Great adjustable jump rope
This jump rope is excellent! Being adjustable was a big selling point to me. I followed the instructions and was able to get it to the perfect length for me. I use it almost every day and I really enjoy it. More fun than work. I highly recommend this product!

Easy to travel with and great to practice on
Due to a job change I couldn't run outside during daylight hours anymore. At least, not on a consistent basis. I also travel 46 weeks a year. This jump rope lets me warm up before my lifting routines in a very efficient manner. This was my first real jump rope so I was uncoordinated at first. After about two weeks I started to be able to jump rope for almost 10 minutes continuously as well as ramp up the speed. Now I feel like I'm really getting a great warm-up and can use for cardio on my rest days.

Adjustable Jump Rope
It is easy to adjust. I would suggest not cutting the rope and just folding the extra line into the handle. I did that and I'm so happy I did because I thought I had it at a good length but ended up needing to adjust it again. It does feel durable, but my only complaint is the rope, while fine in itself, tends to keep the kinks that are in it from packing and storing. I wish it had like a lightweight metal wire inside the plastic like some other jump ropes have. Maybe I have to store it hanging to fix it but until then it can be a little annoying to use because it keeps catching.

A well made jump rope for the price
I purchased two jump ropes - this one in the review and this other one (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00LGXE5NS/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_8). I jump rope as a warm up exercise in preparation for dance, functional training and running. I purchased this one for regular use at the gym. (The other one I purchased for travel.) So far, I really like this product. I use it about three to four times a week for about 5 minutes each time. I like the ball bearings (smooth and snag free), weight (its light, but not too much), the ease of adjusting the length (I could shorten it with having to cut the rope), and the handles (grippy and well sized). No cons to report at this time.

Either a knockoff or badly refurbished
Did not have the simple to move, adjustable clips for altering the length. Had instead metal clips shoddily clamped on. One flew off after about 15 minutes of jumping rope. I tied knots at both ends. I had to tie them close to the end because the length wasn't nearly as advertised. I am 5'10" max and it was barely long enough for me.Everything about it strikes me as cheap but the XYL received brilliant reviews. I conclude this item cannot possibly be the real deal.

Terrible jump rope. Definitely look at an alternative if you don't want to waste your money
The quality of this jump rope was terrible. If I could I would give it 0 stars. It would become tangled after only 20 seconds of skipping so would necessitate frequent stopping and difficult to get into a flow. The rope itself was quite weak. I skipped on tiles for 5 minutes and there were deep scratches in the plastic sheath which contacted the floor. However the fact that the rope snapped off at the handle was what got me - only after 1 week of using it!!

Not great :(
It broke after only just a few uses! I am disappointed. It’s slightly too small in length. It’s also not weighted - which really does make a difference.

Broke in 10 mimutes
It was alright until it broke. Very cheap design, doesn't look like it's meant to last.
