I have to elevate for 6 weeks (currently at week 4) and this has been HUGE in my healing process. Not only does it elevate perfectly where I need it to, the groove down the middle helps to keep my foot cradled. My leg also stays put wonderfully while I sleep, it is also very comfortable! It has a slight incline where your lower leg goes so it makes it comfortable all the way around.
